to know exactly the reason for your return so we may better serve you and
other customers in the future. If you are not completely satisfied with your
purchase for any reason, you may contact our customer service department at
with a detailed description and you will obtain a full refund of the original

technical problems that may cause you to not be able to use the purchased
media, or provide you with a full refund of the original purchase.
If the original payment was made by credit card, your credit card account
will be credited. Please allow one billing cycle for credits to be issued on
your credit card. If returning an order paid by debit card, please be aware
that it will take several days for the funds to be returned to your bank
account.
